How to Order
End-to-End Transaction Flow
Here is the complete process, from placing an order to receiving the service on IskaPay. Every step happens inside our system and all payments are handled by official payment gateways.
The Customer Opens the Platform
The customer opens our official website at myiskapay.com for general enquiries, or games.myiskapay.com for game top-ups.
Choosing a Product or Service
The customer picks the product category they need: mobile credit, data packages, e-money, PLN tokens, bill payments or game top-ups.
Redirected to the Official Subdomain (If Needed)
If the customer chooses a game top-up, the system directs them to the official subdomain games.myiskapay.com which is part of the IskaPay ecosystem.
Filling In the Order Details
The customer enters the destination details — mobile number, PLN meter ID, Player ID & Server ID for games, or the billing customer number.
The Order Summary Is Shown
The system shows a full order summary: product name, amount, service fee and the total payable.
The Customer Pays
The customer completes payment through an official method: QRIS, Virtual Account, or e-wallet. There are no manual transfers outside the system.
The System Verifies the Payment
The payment status is verified automatically through the payment gateway. Once verified, the transaction status changes to paid.
The Order Is Processed
The system forwards the order to the product provider (mobile operator, PLN, game provider, etc.) and monitors the processing status.
The Customer Receives the Product / Status
The customer receives the digital product (credit, diamonds, tokens, etc.) together with proof of the transaction on an invoice page that can be reopened at any time.
Support If Something Goes Wrong
If there is a problem, customers can contact support at help@myiskapay.com. We help check the status and process refunds according to our policy.
Important note
- Every transaction is recorded in our system and customers can review the history on their account page.
- The balance in a customer's account is only used to buy digital products inside the platform — not for withdrawals to a bank account.
- All of our official communication comes from the domain myiskapay.com and the subdomain games.myiskapay.com.
