1. Definitions

“Service” means the IskaPay digital wallet platform and digital product services together with their related features, including the official game top-up service available on the subdomain games.myiskapay.com.

2. Products & Services We Sell

We provide digital products such as mobile credit, data packages, e-money/digital wallets, PLN electricity tokens, recurring bill payments (BPJS, PDAM, TV) and game top-ups. The game top-up service is accessed through our official subdomain games.myiskapay.com.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

• You must keep your credentials and devices confidential.
• Turn on 2FA for stronger security.
• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

5. Prohibited Use

• Illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or infringement of third-party rights.
• API abuse, reverse engineering or disrupting the service.

6. Balance & Transactions

• The account balance is used solely to buy digital products inside the IskaPay platform, including the game top-up service at games.myiskapay.com.
• We do not offer balance withdrawals or transfers to a bank account.
• Transactions may be subject to limits and verification for security reasons.
• The service fee (if any) is shown transparently before you complete the transaction.

7. Fees

We may charge a service fee on balance top-ups or digital product purchases. The fee breakdown is shown transparently on the summary page before the customer completes payment.

8. Refunds

A refund can be requested for a transaction that was paid but where the product could not be delivered because of a system issue or a problem at the product provider. Refunds are returned as internal balance or through the same payment method, according to the partner payment gateway's policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close an account where we see signs of a breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably and, if necessary, through arbitration or the district court in accordance with applicable rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
